SHIPPING POLICY
Hey Glam Girl ❤ We are super excited to see you decked out in our merchandise, and we hope you are equally excited as well. We have partnered with the best personnel to deliver you our merchandise with the utmost ease.
Here are a few of the points we request you have a look at :
- Orders received until 11:00 a.m. will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. or on non-working days will be dispatched the next working day.
- Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days; however, some deliveries might take a bit shorter or longer depending on the location of the pin code.
- Delivery of the merchandise will be done only at the same address that was mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
- We charge a flat, non-refundable shipping charge of Rs 129 for all COD orders and Rs 49 for all PREPAID orders
- We charge a non-refundable fee of INR 100 on all return or exchange orders, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- In the event that the wrong merchandise has been delivered from our end, there will be no deduction from the refunded amount, and the entire amount will be credited.
- After the order is placed, a unique tracking number will be sent to you via email and/or SMS so that you can use it to track your merchandise at any time. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number here.
- Order modifications and cancellations are permitted until the order has been dispatched. You can email us your order ID at support@glam.smpg.tech or give us a call at our customer support number along with the changes you require in your order.
