RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Hey Glam Girl ❤ if for any reason we haven’t lived up to your expectations and you would like to return or exchange the merchandise, here’s all you need to know :

  • All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Please note that merchandise can be returned or exchanged within seven days from the date of receipt of the order delivered. A return or exchange request after seven days of the merchandise being delivered will not be honored.
  • To begin returns or exchanges, please visit my account and enter your email or phone number as well as the Order ID .
  • If you have received an order in damaged condition, please send us at least three images at support@glam.smpg.tech for us to review the condition of the merchandise. Requests for returns or exchanges without images will not be honored.
  • Under the exchange policy, only size exchanges are allowed. The same merchandise can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size or colour. The exchanged merchandise will be delivered to the same address where the original merchandise was delivered.
  • If you wish to exchange merchandise that has been sent from our end and is wrong or damaged, no fees would be levied in that case. However, if you wish to exchange or return the original merchandise, a fee of Rs. 100 would be levied.
  • Please note that the discounted merchandise can only be exchanged once with a similar size/colour or a different size/colour of the same merchandise. Discounted merchandise is not eligible for a refund unless a different or incorrect merchandise is delivered by our end.
  • We will initiate a return or exchange pickup at the same address where the order was delivered at first and will update you via SMS or email.

Refunds :

  • Once the reverse pickup is done and we have received the merchandise, we will notify you via email/SMS to let you know of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited and reflected via your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note a non-refundable fee of INR 100 on all return or exchange orders, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • In the event that the wrong merchandise has been delivered from our end, there will be no deduction from the refunded amount, and the entire amount will be credited.
  • After the pickup has been completed and the refund has been approved for all COD orders, we will send you a link via email and text to credit your refund amount in your preferred mode of payment.
